The use of the website gives whoever uses it the condition of user of the website, hereinafter "user", and expresses the full and unreserved acceptance by the user, when accessing the website, of each and every one of the General Conditions published by Berent.

The abovementioned activities are absolutely and completely prohibited to the user and are grounds for immediate partial or definitive, temporary or permanent suspension or termination of the use of the website, as well as, where applicable, for deletion of any records or files corresponding to the respective user without any prior notice and with immediate effect.

All software used on the website is property of Berent, Group companies to which Berent belongs or its software suppliers and is protected by the national and international industrial and intellectual property laws.

For the resolution of any conflicts arising from the provision of services object of these General Conditions, the district court of Leiria shall be competent, with express waiver of any other.
